Atsize 32 each 100 cc’s corresponds to 1 cup size change. Your larger breast is approximately 100 cc’sbigger than the other. It is possible toliposuct 100 cc’s from your breast to correct the volume discrepancy. However, this may result in a loose skinenvelope, excess skin, your breast may droop and require a circumareola lift.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
modest volume asymmetries of the breast can be corrected by liposuction. These situations are rather unusual however.
This can be effective in certain patients with no breast droop and fatty tissue in the breast.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Absolutely. This is actually a very satisfying operation both for the patient as well as plastic surgeon has no visible scars. I like using ultrasonic liposuction for this procedure to be able to address fibrous tissues within the breast to provide the best symmetry.
Thank you for your question.I recommend for pictures to be sent in or have a physical examination in order to determine which procedures and techniques would be best for your case.
Liposuction of the breast is possible. Liposuction will remove the volume of the breast but not actually tighten the skin. It is less accurate than an actual excision of the extra tissue (breast reduction) but does not leave scars. Often because of the decrease in weight of the breast after liposuction the nipple areola complex actually does elevate to a more normal position but not as much as when the skin is cut out. There is a faster healing process with liposuction and less risk. The scars will be almost imperceptible with liposuction of the breast. Please see the attached photo link to see what liposuction of the breast can do.
This is possible. Liposuction may work. If your breasts are primarily fat, liposuction will work well. If your breasts are nearly all gland, liposuction will not likely work very well at all. So you need an exam by a knowledgeable breast surgeon. Good luck and my best, Dr C
