Why is my hand swelling after breast augmentation?

It's been 2 and half months after BA, I had swelling in arms and hands, it would come and go and now I'm getting worried why my right hand keeps on swelling throughout the day. My dr said never happened to him. It's painful. Any suggestions? Doppler was fine. I reduced salt, increased water intake, I'm active, massaging my hand, dunno what else.
