I am getting a BBL this Friday with lipo of my abdomen, flanks, lower back and anterior axillary area. I have fat in my posterior axillary area but I'm wavering about adding that on? The doctor said that the incision site would be covered by the bra strap but those scars never heal well because of arm movement. Also that small area seems too much ($2500). If I don't get it, will I be oddly proportioned? Right now I have wide shoulders and narrow hips.
