Should I get lipo on posterior axillary area (upper back/armpit area) with BBL?

If you just want liposuction to that area, I would charge less, but everyone's fees are different.Try to research this to find the surgeon who consistently produces the
results you would expect. Look at reviews on this site and see who gets the surgery right every time. Find

You want to make sure that wherever your surgeon will be taking the fat from, are the areas in addition to your buttocks that concern you most. You want to feel good about yourself after surgery, so making these areas clear to him/her is very important. Give the office a call and ask to maybe come in a finalize the areas he/she will be taking from so you can feel comfortable going into surgery. Liposuction of the posterior axillary area is quite common. I usually make my incision in the axilla and not in the bra strap area. This will minimize any possible scarring. I also charge less, especially if I'm already performing the BBL. But surgeons charge different fees. If you are very comfortable with your surgeon, you should ask him to reduce the fee for this area, in view of the fact that you are already doing the BBL. Good luck!
