Hi I would like to know if I could get lipo and maybe a bbl under local anesthesia? I don't want general at all! And I don't want that much work done just a little from my stomach, maybe inner thighs and MAYBE transferred to my butt for a little more definition. My butt is already pretty big and I have a small waist just want to get rid of unwanted baby fat. But are these procedures able to be done under local anesthesia?
