I am 5 wk postop bbl and I noticed the same slant and shape of my butt that was there before and it’s lumpy/dimply. I have meticulously followed postop inst by sleeping on my stomach and sitting w/ bbl pillow. Is this something fat transfer could have fixed? How is a slant or shape like this possible? I sit a lot for work (before surgery) is it from sitting and sleeping on my back before? Poor posture? Can later diet and exercise help? What procedure can fix my concern? Revision? Implants?
