Lip Lift Incision Separation? Will this close up/ fill out or will I be left with an indented scar along the sides? (photo)

I had a bullhorn lip lift two weeks ago, the sides of my nose seem to have slight separation, when I had my stitches out (have deeper dissolvable ones & some to close) the nurse noticed but did not seem concerned, will this close up/ fill out or will I be left with an indented scar along the sides? Really concerned right now.My PS mentioned any one week post op that he sides of my nose curve in quite a bit which made it difficult to suture, will this area fill out? Need another opinion?

Yes, you are a good candidate for a lip lift but not using the traditional technique.  Instead, you will need a lateral extension.  If you look at your photographs, you will see that the corners of your mouth are turned down.  If you underwent a central lip lift, it will create more frowning.  ...
