Is my lip filler supposed to look like this? I also have a huge lump the size of a blueberry on one side

Unfortunately, the number of Shirley high-quality providers is limited.
Personally, I think most people do lip injections incorrectly. I personally prefer to do single injections, using needles long enough to reach half the length of the entire lip rather than making multiple injections.
The needles that come with the syringes are not appropriate for this type of work and it’s far better if providers order needles better at least one and a quarter inch long.
There’s no point in getting into how to technically do this procedure correctly, but each provider will have their own method. The same goes for keeping people comfortable for the procedure.
I find the companies hired trainers that are not particularly good either, so it’s no wonder there are a lot of mediocre providers trying to make a living, doing fillers.
I see bad work being done all around me on women in public.
When finding quality providers, I generally encourage people to have multiple in person consultations. And each consultation ask each provider to open up their entire portfolio of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own. I have experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Without seeing the proper set of before, and after pictures, we can begin to make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure.
