To fill more or dissolve after cheekbone filler that disfigured me? (Photos)

I’m a 34 year old female who is underweight. More than 3 years ago I wanted to have a cheek filler to make my face fuller. The injector I went to i is best to do face contouring filler and i asked him what it would do and he said the result will be accentuated cheek and a dimple. He used Aliaxin EV and instantaneously I looked much worse aI became very hollow from the lower cheek and I looked very aged. It has been more than 3 years and the filler won’t go on its own. Okay I’ve been trying to consult doctors as I just feel I can’t live waiting the cheekbone filler that disfigured me to go away on its own after 3.5 years. One doctor said he can balance my lower cheeks with more fillers to. Another doctor suggested i do ultrasound to see if there’s filler left & dissolve the filler so it won’t look the way it does. And when I explained to him my fears of dissolving he said that it can’t dissolve own tissues from just 1 session . Any advice?
