What are these lines on the side of my chin called and can you use filler to smooth it out?

I see these lines on the sides of my chin. I assume Kylie Jenner had them smoothed out Bc in her early photos u can see them but now it’s smooth. I just don’t know what they would be. It’s NOT wrinkles.
