Both Ellanse and Radiesse are biostimulant dermal fillers that last 2 years or more. Given both products individual characteristic, Ellanse is better for cheek augmentation as they are softer and have higher collagen stimulation.

For contouring, a male lower face especially chiselled and angular jawline, Radiesse is a better choice as it is harder and accentuates the bone structures. Ideally 1 to 2 syringes of Ellanse and 2 syringes of Radiesse in your case.

As both of these fillers are non-reversible, do seek an experienced injector or physician in your area for your treatment. Hope it helps.

Based on the photo given, you probably have folliculitis or acne-like lesions on the scalp. You can proceed with hair transplantation as they are not contraindications for the treatment. I would suggest visiting a dermatologist to examine the lesions and start the appropriate treatment.

Acne scars are often very complex as they involved damage of skin on multiple layers from deep to superficial. Hence every scar treatment is personalized depending on the type of acne scarring and treatment differs depending on stages of the scar.

Based on the photo given without medication examination, I would suggest a combination therapy which is micro-needling RF eg: Genius RF, laser resurfacing with Co2/ ErYag laser and PRP treatments. Acne scar treatment is a journey and a series of treatment over the period would take months if not years. Do consult a dermatologist for a thorough assessment and comprehensive treatment plan.
