Stats: 5'5" 100lb bdw 9.5cm, breastfed 3 kids. Goal - very natural augmentation to fill in loose skin. Placement - over muscle. - Mod Plus Profile - 100 cc, diam 8.2, proj 2.7 - High Profile - 125 cc, diam 8.3, proj 3.5 1. Will there be any visual difference between these two sizes? 2. 1 cm difference in my bdw and implant matters? Diameters have to be same for most natural look? 3. Would be more loose skin than now and lift needed after removal? (more loose skin with 125 vs 100?)

Answer: Mod plus Personally, I think that a moderate plus is a better implant for a natural result. However, I would encourage you to go a bit larger as I think a 150-175cc implant would serve you better. Good luck!

Answer: Couple thoughts You write "very natural" as being a goal, but state you want over the muscle--for lean and fit patients like you who want a natural result, I typically suggest subfascial augmentation as it provides a more natural upper pole to the breast (you don't see the upper edge of the implant as much). Secondly, for natural results I typically recommend matching base width to the diameter of the implant as closely as possible. You will probably not notice much of a volume difference between 100 and 125cc, nor will there likely be a big difference in the amount of loose skin should you have the implants removed. 25cc is less than a fluid ounce in volume! You should go through a sizing process to try on different volumes, though, and see what you like the look and feel of on your body. The profile of the implant is then determined by your measurements and the amount of volume you like.
