I am in my early 40's and I'm looking for a facial skin tightening procedure mostly for the jowl area-that may also provide a little lift. I'm wondering what the best option is as I wait a couple years for a facelift. I have looked at Sylfirm and Neo Gen plasma. I am hesitant about Threads since I have seen so many mixed reviews. Any opinions?
