Swelling 2 weeks post op double incision/nipple graft, Chest Masculinization Surgery FTM. Should I be concerned?

. . . which may or may not be related to that minor trauma (did you have drains to start?) If heavily bruised/lumpy or more painful, may be a hematoma (blood collection). Either way, would use relatively round-the-clock compression, and have your surgeon see it sooner than later; s/he may be able to tap it before it gets bigger, more uncomfortable or increases your risk for infection. 

Hi,Thanks for the post but it would be easier to address your concerns with photos. It may be a seroma or hematoma. I recommend that you be evaluated by your plastic surgeon to get a diagnosis and treatment if necessary. Sincerely,Dr. Dadvand
