Dear Allison,I'm sorry to say that it is not a good idea.  You can cause damage and it will be very short lived as the saline will be reabsorbed by your body in a few hours. Plus it can stretch your skin and then you may end up with droopy small breasts. See a plastic surgeon for ways to permanently augment your breasts safely with either fat transfer or silicone implants.

It is crucial that you do not do this. It is not safe and the results will not last, as the saline solution will simply be absorbed by your body within a few hours. You may also cause irritation, infection and saggy skin once the saline is absorbed and your breasts shrink back to their regular size. 

Do not inject yourself with saline.  It won't work and you can cause great damage.  If you want breast enhancement see a board certified plastic surgeon

Many thanks for your question. It seems the idea is good, but
the thought is no good. One can inject saline anywhere in the body under
sterile conditions but body will reabsorb it in next 4 to 6 hours. Therefore,
your happiness will be short lived and if it gets infected will be an attempt
to cause serious trouble to yourself.
If breast augmentation was so simple the whole world would have used this idea
of yours.
