i got a rhinoplasty/septoplasty about 10 days ago, i got my cast removed and my nose cleaned,but now i notice there is this kinda bump inside my nose (right side) and looks bloody, could it be an infection, or is this just normal to happen ? when i clean my nose i got a lot of blood crust followed by a brown sticky mucus, is this normal ?also the right side of my nose seems to feel more constipated (by the way the camera inverts the image so it looks like is the left nose, but its the right one)

It sounds from the large amount of swelling you had immediately post op, you will take longer to settle the swelling down. The nasal tip swelling is usually the last to go. Go see your surgeon as often Kenalog can help the tip swelling to diminish faster.
First, no rhinoplasty is perfect and some deviation is inevitable with all septal work because no one can get it perfectly straight. In addition, at 4 months you likely still have swelling. Best to see your surgeon to discuss if concerned.
