There is something I don't like about my jaw that makes it look "heavy". I want to know how I can "lift" my jaw/chin area. Chin/neck lipo? Facial bone contouring surgery? Kybella? I have attached a photo of my jaw (1), and one I edited of my ideal jaw (2). I have also attached a photo of my neck/jaw area when I look up. This is mainly on my left side of my face and I am in shape/don't have weight to lose.

You are a perfect candidate for Kybella. You may need a series of injections but its permanent and it works very well with no downtime but perhaps a bit of swelling.
