I'm not sure what procedure would be best for me. I'd like to get rid of as much fat in my face and neck area. Specifically, the areas I've circled in the pictures.

Answer: I making your own surgical assessment Patients should avoid playing doctor and not attempt to make their own assessments regarding what are or are not appropriate procedures or treatments. Do we put you at risk for choosing appropriate treatment that will not deliver what you anticipated. Beach persons unique facial appearance except for facial aging is primarily determined by facial skeleton or bone structure. Soft tissue coverage is highly consistent and predictable among people. The reason for your facial appearance is not because you have some sort of abnormal that distribution in your face. It is simply your facial look which is a combination of the genetic make up from both of your parents and his based on your facial as skeletal structure. The areas you have circled look full because your mandable is small in comparison to your maxilla. Removing fat in those areas will not change your underlying skeletal structure but will give you an abnormal fat distribution which are not the same thing. Inappropriate removal of facial fat can look disfiguring and become major issues later in life. To get an appropriate assessment and better understanding a facial aesthetics I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeon or possibly oral surgeons.
