Buy a full syringe but only use half and save the other half for another time?

Could i buy a full syringe or Restylane but have the doctor only inject half in my lips and I save the other half for next time I want it? Could i safely store it? Would a doctor even allow that? I know the PS offers to buy half syringes (that's what i usually do) but it's more expensive, that's why I'm curious about buying a full.

Hi @worrrybug! I would recommend returning to your injector. If you are unhappy with the final results, you can reverse the filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Filler can in fact move or get damaged just like fat can from trauma, but it is rare to cause any issues unless there is a major event.  I suggest speaking to your physician if you are concerned.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Any injections around the eyes with a foreign substance can cause potential blindness.  Experienced injectors and those who use cannulas are less likely for this to happen, it is rare anyway.  I suggest you see someone who is an expert for treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.
