Is it possible to have spider veins on the cheeks because of lip filler?

Hi, Is it possible to have spider veins on the cheeks because of lipfiller? If so if I remove the lipfiller by 70% will it stop producing spider veins and redness? I cant remove lipfillers 100% because its still there with the ultrasound.
