How can my breast be corrected after breast implants have been removed? (photos)

Question

Explanted my 13 year old implants with capsule 7 months ago. Breast are different size and have adhesion on the left smaller breast. My scares sit under my bra or bikini and I feel like a frankinstian. Don't really want to put any more breast implants in.

If you are not interested in more implants you can consider a lift to address the shape.  You can get a small volume reduction on the larger side so that it more closely matches the smaller breast.  Asymmetry can also be addressed by adding small implants that are different sizes.

hello janesmih69  An option is to do a NATURAL Breast Augmentation it can be performed with fat grafting. This requires liposuction to obtain the fat, and then the fat is transferred into the breast tissue. It is usually possible to achieve at least one half cup size increase. Additional fat transfer procedures to increase your volume can be done subsequently. #correction #post-op
