I had a 4200 grafts transplanted in 3 sessions and on three consecutive days. On the 3rd day i developped a small necrosis. I am s month pist ops. And the necrosis is 80% healed. My dr. Recommended two different options 1- inject fat grafting and wait few weeks and then transplant low density hair. 2- transplant hair directly without any fat injection... we are planing to do either or in about one month from now, which is 2 months from post ops.

Answer: It is best to allow the area of necrosis to fully heal before transplanting grafts.
Personalized medical advice on the Internet without a good history and examination is inaccurate and may lead to confusion. It is best to speak with a expert who can help determine if your condition is DUPA.
