I took 6 mg of nicotine chewing gum nicotex 2 days after hair transplantation surgery and after 1 week i smoke 2 cigarette for 6 days now I am feeling guilty will it affect my hair transplantation outcome I am being worried about it.

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs days to weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.  If you lost a graft there may be bleeding.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Minoxidil does not harm transplanted hairs.

Photos cannot assess if you would be a candidate for surgery.  Usually this involves seeing a doctor in person to understand realistic goals and outcome,
