I took 6 mg of nicotine chewing gum nicotex 2 days after hair transplantation surgery and after 1 week i smoke 2 cigarette for 6 days now I am feeling guilty will it affect my hair transplantation outcome I am being worried about it.

Those that have not grown yet are more than likely ready to shed. Please shampoo as per your post op instructions and then wait for these to shed. There are no dead grafts that you can visualize.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Minoxidil does not harm transplanted hairs.

Photos cannot assess if you would be a candidate for surgery.  Usually this involves seeing a doctor in person to understand realistic goals and outcome,
