I'am 32 years old man and suffering from thinning hair since I was a child I recently did a hair transplant surgery using the DHI method to maximize hair in the center of the scalp After that, I discovered that I was probably suffering from "dupa" hair loss, could the transplant be harmful to the existing hair?, and if the transplant still could be successful? And give some volume to the hair .maybe for a few years or so….

Answer: Personalized medical advice on the Internet without a good history and examination is inaccurate.
If you are losing hair and want treatment options you should schedule a consultation with a doctor. The information you have is very limited and simplified and may not reflect realistic goals and expectations.Your photos show you may be heading towards a Norwood 6.
It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. If your doctor advised you NOT to do something, then you should not do it.
