Skinny BBL - implants hybrid BBL. Can implants have long term sitting discomfort on patients who are boney? (Photos)

Hello, Asian female in 30s. 106 pounds, 5.1. BMI 20. Very skinny. Told I’d Have to go with implants hybrid BBL. What’s worrying me is whether butt implants can have long term sitting discomfort on patients who are boney. And whether I’d actually have much fat to graft to contour and provide some padding. Heard placement of implant towards hip area might address sitting discomfort? Seeking any tips around implant size (I’d want something very small), implant placement, fat grafting and surgeons experience with more skinny patients. I’ve had breast implants (very small 225ccs) and sometimes laying down like on hard massage tables I can feel them so I’m worried of the impact if it’s implants on my butt. So mainly I’m seeking advice on the comfort matter and want a result that helps makes me feel more feminine (address the hip dips). Thank you!
