Can I still wear clear retainer after a year? (Photo)

I have a clear retainer for my upper part of my mouth, and a wire retainer for the teeth on the lower part of my mouth, I haven't worn them in a year and there's a slight pinch in one of my front two teeth, I've noticed it's very slightly longer than the other front tooth, would it be okay if I wore my retainers again? They go on a little more than half way

Wearing your retainers may not be a problem and may help move your teeth back into position, however, if they don't go into place with minimL effort I would encourage you to return to your orthodontist for an evaluation. Take your retainers with you in this visit.

I would go back to the original orthodontist have have them check why this retainer does not fit.  You may need to go back to active orthodontic treament or just get a new retainer.
