So I had 2 teeth pulled out on each side of my upper set of teeth. The problem is some of the wire has managed to slip through the brackets and there is to much wire in the part of my mouth with no support. For example the wire usually would poke against the left side of my jaw, but because it has slipped through it cannot now reach the side of my mouth. I was wondering is this normal where the brace is loosing and becoming more comfortable? Or do I need to go to my orthodontist?

You have to get them off ASAP!Yes any orthodontist will remove the braces...you may just have to sign a release form before they do it and pay a charge, but there is not law that says the original orthodontist owns the braces!...you can go to whoever you want as long as they will accept you and...
