Thanks so much for your question.  I would say that at this point it's best to give things more time. Even if the bulge doesn't go away completely you wouldn't make any decisions or do anything further until 6-9 months has gone by.  You may be fundamentally weaker on that right side and the muscle may sage more. Give things more time at this point. 

It is really hard to comment because your photos do not really show the true bulge. You may just have some asymmetry in the abdominal flaps and that can happen. Symmetry is really just an illusion. Nobody is really perfectly symmetric. However, you could have a fluid collection so I would see your surgeon and find out if this is something you can treat or if you just need to wait it out.

can occur but you should let your surgeon know of your concerns so further investigation can be done to ensure it isn't something like a fluid collection.  Regardless, I always tell my patients to expect revisions following such surgery as there will always be small imperfections that can be improved with revisions so know that you can always achieve better results with additional work.

It's really hard to say from just looking at the picture, it could be a seroma (which is liquid accumulating in an area), or just plain inflammation. Best thing to do is notify your plastic surgeon, both cases are easy manageable. Good luck
