What type of procedure can fix my asymmetrical mouth/smile? (Photo)

Hi, I'm insecure about the shape of my mouth but I'm not sure what type of procedure can be done in my case. I look in the mirror and I don't look that bad but in a camera my smile looks completely different than in the mirror. But even in the mirror I still notice it. My bottom jaw seems a tilted to one side and the corners of my mouth seem to be at different levels. One side is higher than the other. Even my lips look a bit asymmetrical but I'm wondering if it's because of my jaw line.

I typically dont have patients remove the piercing but am very specific on how to inject and where to inject so not to disturb the area around the piercing. Sometimes I put patients on antibiotic for a few days just preventatively.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for the question and the photos. Although you do look more swollen than usual, there are steps that can be taken to reduce the swelling.  I advise my patients to ice the area for up to 10 minutes every hour.  Reusable ice packs can be used or a bag of frozen peas can be used...
