Some people do have mouth corner asymmetry that becomes magnified when smiling. You can see that the pull on your corner is different when smiling although it does also exist at non-smiling to a more minor degree. This is reflective of the vermilion position and the shape of the corner of the mouth. A small corner of the mouth lift may be effective in your case which is just a minor procedure that changes the location/angle of the corner of the mouth.

It's hard to get things symmetrical when the problem is mainly with movement. It can be improved with dermal filler in the lips. Don't expect perfection though. Probably Restylane is best for this because of it structural support.
