Weird indentation in upper lip/lips when I smile. How can I fix this?

As you can see, my lips are very unattractive. I have a small narrow upper lip which droops down and has a clear outline around it. When I smile, my top lip essentially inverts and forms these weird indentations opposite of my philtrum in my upper lip (as you can see). I guess my phitlrum is very wide. I want to know why my upper lip/lip are formed this way when I smile, why they droop down and have an outline, and what I can do to fix them.

I am sorry, but your photo did not appear. In either case, physical exam is needed, but I am certain that fillers would be helpful with your situation. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon.

If you see indentation with lip movement, this might be corrected with neuromodulators such as botox.If the indentation is present at rest, than fillers might help.I would recommend a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon.

I do not see a photo, if you could attach one that would be very helpful.  You may be able to correct some of these problems with a filler but I would need to see a photo to be sure.
