Does Laser Treatment Work for Mosquito Bite Scars?

I have scars/dark spots all over my legs. They're flat scars. I got them since I was young.hoping there's a best way to remove or atleast lighten them up without being noticed ;( HELP!!!

Inevitably cleft lip patients will have a scar. Some will have such a finite scar that almost nobody will know. Go see your local paediatric plastic surgeon to see if a revision in the long run could improve your scar   GOOD LUCK
