Laser toning for Sun Tan Removal?

Hey y'all, I've been looking to get a laser toning procedure done on my face and body to remove my sun tan and possible sun damage(?). Just for context, I've accumulated quite a bit of tan since my childhood days out in the sun playing sports with no sunscreen (yes, I know). And since then, my tan hasn't really faded much at all. Which types of laser treatment would be advisable for my situation? (I've heard about the Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser) Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

It is recommended to wait at least 4 weeks after a chemical peel before receiving any type of laser treatment. This allows the skin to fully heal from the first procedure as to not compromise the health of your skin or risk hyperpigmentation.
