Hello! I am of Chinese descent with light coloured skin in the winter and olive ish skin in the summer with black medium length hair (not super coarse nor super fine). I'm interested in laser hair removal and I'm debating between 2 clinics in my area. This picture is slightly out of focus. The marks looks like superficial burns. They should resolve without any permanent discoloration. Ideally, there should never be burns after treatment in the first place. Burns can be the result of intensity settings that are too high...
Over time you will start to grow hair in the area you had treated. It may take a few years to get back to where it was before the treatments. I find males have their hair grow back faster than females.
