Is Laser Genesis better for face wrinkles and large pores than Venus Freeze?

No. I don't think that Laser Genesis is a good option for your hands. It won't restore plumpness and most of the age spots on the hands are deeper than the surface area that this laser treats. You would have better luck with either a filler or fat grafting.
