I had revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago which left me with thread veins on my nose. My surgeon treated them 3 months post op with fcare evrf, a device similar to veinwave. this left me with red marks and the veins are still there. When can i treat them with laser? and can one not be suntanned bf laser?

These veins in the upper thigh and groin crease extending to the lower abdomen (trunk) can be successfully and safely treated with sclerotherapy. If they are very large, they can be treated with microphlebectomy.
Tanning can cause burning and inflammation and it is not recommended in my practice for 3 months after laser treatment for spider veins and varicose veins or sclerotherapy. It can cause increased hyperpigmentation and telangiectatic matting.
These are likely too small to remove using microphlebectomy so your best bets are going to be sclerotherapy or a 1064 laser. Usually 1 or 2 treatments is sufficiency. Good luck!
