When can I start laser hair removal after rhinoplasty?

I had a septo rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago, and I wanted to know how long should I wait until I can start laser hair removal sessions, ( Upper lip and chin ) ? And is it ok to dye hair after the surgery ? Thank you

    The bump could be due to swelling, but this could be residual deformity after nasal fracture.  Hard to tell without a picture or an exam.

Very often in the early post-rhino period, especially when Osteotomy is eprformed, there will be subconjunctival hematoma. Sleeping with your head elevated and frequent irrigation with eyedrops approved by your doctor will resolve it more quickly. Be sure to use eyedrops temporarily.

    A prominent nasal spine can be reduced to increase apparent lip length and reduce apparent nasal length.  This is usually beneficial from an aesthetic perspective.

Thank you for the photos!  At 6 weeks after rhinoplasty surgery it is very difficult to make any final conclusions about the appearance of your nose.  From your pictures it appears that you still have a moderate amount of swelling along the lateral nasal sidewalls, dorsum, and tip....

   Removing the implant should take you closer to your preop photo.  It would be difficult to say exactly.  This would depend upon if anything else was done in your original surgery and how the skin envelope attaches back to your native structure.
