Thank you for the question and photo. It is difficult to answer your question without examining you however from reviewing your photo this sometimes is normal healing. It takes 3-6 weeks for healing and longer for swelling to subside. I would recommend to contact your board certified plastic surgeon and have an examination. Good luck.

is fraught with healing issues and what you have is reflective of that.  There is skin compromise and the yellow white tissue is necrotic.  This will slough with good wound care and it will heal assuming it is not progressive.  Let your surgeon know if you have spreading redness, increasing pains, or increasing drainage as that would suggest an infection.

It looks like that you have localized necrosis around your bell button and healing process is continuing. Probably complete healing will take another 3 or 4 weeks. Time will correct everything. Good luck.
