I have an up coming tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift was wondering when I should stop having my daily cup of coffee?
Answer: When should I stop drinking coffee? I'm having a TT and BBL Thank you for your question. Every surgeon has different instructions, so please ask your surgeon. Typically, I tell my patients to stop any teas, herbal remedies, or herbal vitamins one week before surgery.

The PS you selected to perform your TT and BBL will have certain guidelines for pre and post-operative care. Answer: Coffee and Procedures Hi, thanks for your question, I would say that there are different opinions regarding this topic, mostly it would be depending in how caffeine affects normally your heartbeat on a daily basis, if it alters you it is better to stop one or two weeks prior your surgery. On the other hand, sometimes when you quit you might suffer from headaches so it is not convenient to stop taking your coffee. It would be better for you to please have an in person consultation so you can discuss thoroughly all your concerns, options and expectations. Good luck in your PS Journey!Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-Leon
