When will the most volume will be lost after a BBL?

Thanks for your inquiry. There are no straight answers for this question, as every patient is different, and add to that the fact that every surgery is different in terms of the technique, the amount of fat used, and other technical and, of course, anatomical variables. At 6 weeks, however, it is safe to say that most of the fluid that was invariably injected along with the purified fat, has been absorbed. It is probably the time when the best results could still be seen. Over the next several months, though, you can expect a gradual decrease in the volume of the buttocks. And hey, maybe you can be one the those special patients that manage to keep most of the fat. You just never know. Hope this helps, and good luck.
