I am 4 weeks post and I've only lost one inch. At what point during recovery will the Most volume be lost? There seems to be a lot of different opinions about when the final results are. But I'm mostly just curious as to at what point the most volume is lost during the healing process?

Generally you should space your surgeries at least a month apart. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
