Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Yes, you can workout before your surgery. In fact, you should be as close to your goal weight as possible, before surgery, for best results. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Greetings. You could work out but you should talk with your plastic surgeon about the specific details. It would be best to keep your surgeon notified. Good luck!
Your surgeon needs to evaluate you prior to surgery to make sure you have enough fat for a good transfer. Consult a PS prior to losing weight. Otherwise I would encourage you to get fit prior to surgery. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
Hi, thanks so much for your inquiry. Working out perse, it is not enough to burn out all the fat. It is a process which includes healthy eating habits too. You would need to burn more calories that the ones that you consume. Working out is always good for your health and for your muscle building, toning and resistance. It would be important to know your BMI and to see some pictures prior giving a proper advice though. Please have an in person consultation so you can discuss your concerns, options and expectations with your surgeon. It is very important that you and your P Surgeon are on the same page. Good luck in your PS Journey.Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-Leon

Always ask the surgeon is this amount pure fat? Is this the amount for one side or both sides? This will make a huge difference in the results.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
