It is water like and uncontrollable. HELP!

I can pretty much assure you that wearing your post surgery compression garment had nothing to do with your diarrhea.  In fact, your diarrhea may have had nothing to do with your surgery.At this time, it is appropriate to call your plastic surgeon or your family physician to get the appropriate palliative treatment for your diarrhea.

and it sounds uncomfortable.  I would recommend calling your
provider’s office and ask to speak with the nurse
or person in charge of your medical wellbeing.  If medical
attention is needed please do as you are asked by your provider.
