In my opinion, it would be fine to have an infrared sauna after treatment with Botox. There should not be any interaction between the two.
Do avoid heat/ infra red sauna 24-48 hrs after Botox injection. There should be no effect to your Botox if you use the sauna after 48 hours. Always contact a board certified medical provider for your treatment.
Being in an infrared sauna should not impact your Botox treatment either positively nor negatively. I've included a video that you may find helpful about neuromodulators like Botox.
