I stated feeling this about a month ago they are hard knots and not too painful when touched but botheresome it looks a lil dark apurand it should i go to the er i cant find a doctor in my area too help

We cannot tell anything from the photo. Hard areas can either be fat necrosis or scar tissue. Darker pigment on the skin can be PIH (post inflammatory hyper pigmentation) or could be redness as a sign of infection. Fat necrosis can be painful and so can infection. Scar tissue usually is not painful but can give a pulling sensation with activity such as exercise.
