As a triple board certified facial plastic surgeon the stitch quality is not very good, although it is not very clear on the photos. I don't think symmetry is achieved. Therefore, this region may not experience a very good recovery. I think it'll leave a mark. It's not a high quality picture so I think i might be wrong about the vision. Stitches and the surgery was not the best. You might have scars and some distraction on contours.
