600cc pec implants or more possible? (photos)

Question

Hello docs, so I plan to have pec implants to increase my already large chest. I’m 6ft 240lbs of mostly muscle. The problem is I want to go very dramatic. I’d like my pecs to be disproportionately large on purpose and I’ve yet to see any results that have given that. Is it possible to customize a size in the 600-800cc range? I’ve attached a pic of me. Thanks

I have placed as much as 900ccs pectoral implants in large men whose chest can accommodate the base diameter and projection that such an implant needs. Such pectoral implants are custom made based on the patient's chest measurements.

HEllo. The size of the implants is based on the size of the patient and you DO need larger sized implants than a patient who is only 200#-- Sizers can help with this-- it can be a challenge to know just how big is possible !Good luck.
