Are uneven pecs fixable? (photos)

Question

I’m a little OCD and I’m 99% sure I have pretty uneven pecs and abs. It doesn’t look totally uneven in a mirror but in photos it’s horrible. Do people see me as a I see me in a mirror or as I see me in a photo? And is this something physical training or surgery can fix?

Thank you for your question and for your photos. Based on your photos provided, I do see some asymmetry and this can be improved with fat grafting to the area or pectoralis implants. In my opinion, your chest seems fine the way that it is right now as chests do have some asymmetry and this is normal. If you are not comfortable then I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Hope this information helps.

Many chest asymmetries may be improvable with small pectoral implants to adjust for the muscle size differences. But the small differences you have and your attention to those details makes any such surgery unlikely to create the perfect chest symmetry that you seek and would only ultimately be satisfied.
