Hi Lauren! The area you're referring to that's pointy could be graft material or your native lower lateral cartilages. Over time, as your skin thins, it could become more noticeable. I would imagine the process would be slow, though. If bothersome, a minor nasal revision would be needed to evaluate what's happening underneath the skin. At that time, excess or pointy cartilage can be refined and smoothed. Hope that helps!
