Right Eyelid started bothering me about a month after - Can rhinoplasty impact eyelids?

I had a rhinoplasty done due to injury about 2 years ago. I didn't connect the two but my right Eyelid started bothering me about a month after and folds completely different now and the R eyelid tends to stay more open than the L especially when tired. Is this coincidence or a possible complication from surgery and what can I do about it

Do you have a retracted columella? Based on the picture you show you do indeed have a retracted columella. The surgical fix for this is not intricate and involves placement of a courtleage graft. Due to the presence of postoperative scar tissue it is wise to wait a minimum of 6 to 12 months...
