What is the dent on the right side of your nose? The dent on the right side of your nose is resulting from a concavity rather than convexity of the lateral wing of your lower lateral Cartlidge. Usually there is a corresponding indentation seen from inside the nose. I have seen this in several instances and interestingly in two instances the patient had worn for many years a ring through the nostril in this location. Regardless of the cause the repair involves a graft of Cartlidge which can be done in conjunction with a rhinoplasty or as a separate procedure .

A lateral crural strut graft can support your nose where this indentation is present. Cartilage from your septum can be used.

It would be much more helpful to have a full set of facial photographs from all angles to make a proper determination. From the limited photo,It appears that you have an inverted lower lateral cartilage on your right side. To repair this usually requires harvesting of cartilage from inside the nose and placement of a cartilage graft in that location so that the indented side matches the opposite side.
