20F, nose feels weird 11 months post op septorhinoplasty?

20F Septorhinoplasty about a year ago How come when I walk around a lot and exercise it feels like I’m breathing in cold, frigid stinging air? How come my turbinates are purple-y red? Why does my nose randomly ache and feel numb? Why is it dry like a desert? When I go about my day nose breathing I keep having to yawn like I can’t get enough air. Seriously concerned. Help. My breathing is freaking worse
