I've been on Spironolactone for about 9 months now, I started on 100mg and have moved down to 75mg in the last month or so. I haven't got my period since I started, which I know is normal but I was under the impression it "could" come back on a lower dosage. How long does it take to see the effects if my period will come back? And at what point should I try a lower dosage again?
